I soo wish that an LA [or really anywhere in cali] would have a Born To Fit party. I'm hearing about them all, but they are all so far away! Jealous.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you had an amazing party. I'm loving the real skinny jeans. I can't wait until my credit recovers and I can buy a pair!
ReplyDeleteYou are most definitely the hostest with the mostest -- the food, jeans, and company was fantastic

ReplyDeleteLove the flip video camera, so easy to use and nice & small so it's easy to take any where. I can only imagine the footage you'll get with it on your next bike riding bar crawl...
ReplyDeleteIt's funny that you're mentioning GAP. I was in Toronto yesterday and I walked by their display and they seem to really be breathing new life into their line. I love the guest designer t-shirts they have out right now not to mention their denim.
ReplyDeleteYou gals looked like you had an amazing time!
I think your Flip HD has sexier editing software than my Flip Ultra.
ReplyDeleteJealous.
These parties have hit DC by storm- and it looks like they are doing good over in Cleveland too!
ReplyDeleteI could use a great pair of jeans. ;)
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I really need some new jeans too.
ReplyDeleteWish I could have been there! GAP jeans make my butt look good and my legs look long.
ReplyDeletei love GAP...they have the best long jeans.
ReplyDeletei'd love a pair!
wow, all your friends are friggin' super models, haha
ReplyDeletelooks like a fun party.
i am in dire need of new jeans!!
I would like some jeans and a lettuce wrap but I will settle for your company this coming week!
ReplyDeleteI am jealous!!! That sounds like a blast! I LOVE GAP jeans. I was sort of a GAP whore for awhile. . . and in recent years ventured out, but always go with my standard there!
ReplyDeleteSo sad I missed the party, sweets. :(
ReplyDeleteP.S. thank goodness, sort of. I would have felt like the Hunchback of Notre Dame next to your tall skinny friends.
Oh, yay, I like free jeans!
ReplyDeleteDude. I still can't believe that the jeans @ Maxie's GAP party actually FIT me
ReplyDeleteI mean.
Seriously.
These parties are sweeping the nation. Go GAP. They actually look good.

ReplyDeleteBring on the jeans!
And trust me, if Gap can make a pair of jeans that fit my birth-hippin, junk-in-the-trunk-havin body, I'll be in their debt forever.
Hey! My band and I are playing an acoustic set at the GAP Hudson Store on August 20th for their Born to Fit event!!! You should come see us! 7 to 9 PM
ReplyDeletewww.ryanhumbert.com
Did you play "In Those Jeans" on repeat the entire time.
ReplyDeletePS - Unimpressed you are missing Who's Bad.
Niiiiice. I'm hoping to dive into this Brand About Town thing soon ... if they pick me, of course. Keep your fingers crossed for me please.
ReplyDeleteAnd jeans? Can I leave a few more comments? Ha.
Holy posts!
ReplyDeleteI'm just really jealous that Edward Cullen took time out of his busy schedule to join the party!
The party looks great! I LOVE Gap jeans, and have only worn Gap denim for a few years now! Nothing else fits my weird hips-ass-thigh ratio like Gap!
ReplyDeleteSince I followed your lead and cut up a credit card, I could really use the free jeans..haha!
ReplyDeleteSo I have a question for you, oh guru of denim. I have a large-ish (okay fine, it's just large. I add the "ish" for my ego) bum and wide hips. I'm not huge, but I definitely could be considered pear-shaped. My question is this: can I wear skinny jeans? I mean, I KNOW I can wear whatever I want but I don't want to be walking around emphasizing my large behind. I guess my real question is: does the Gap make skinny jeans for non-skinny gals?
ReplyDeleteI want some jeans, yo!!! Pick me!!! Also, why are you not in the video? Alexa, how am I supposed to adequately stalk you, if I can't keep up-to-date on your daily looks? Hmm?
ReplyDeleteWhat a great party! And how thoughtful of RPatz to stop by and chat with you ladies and indulge in GAP related products!
ReplyDeleteYou have got to be kidding me!!! Why was I on vacation???? I need some new jeans!!
ReplyDeleteHatch
Is this exclusive for women? Cause im definitely looking for some jeans and the Gap around here is quite expensive. : )
ReplyDeleteThanks for inviting me to your awesome GAP party. Maybe I need to get a plum shirt to go with my new jeans. After the baby comes of course!!
ReplyDeleteAlso...for all the girls that got the skinny jeans... check out this link.

I love gap and totally need a new pair of jeans!! count me in!
ReplyDeleteThat's so awesome! Looks like everyone is having these GAP parties!
ReplyDeleteI would love a new pair of jeans! Thanks!
Shit. Small world. I know Lauren. Our moms were besties when we were little - we went to the swimming pool together all the time! So freaking weird. Brb while I go write on her Facebook wall and tell her I just saw her cameo on Cleveland's a Plum.
ReplyDeleteYour party looks awesome. Mine will be so ghetto in comparison. And why would I hate you? Did you try to steal my man?
ReplyDeleteFor some reason that Edward Cullen thing made me laugh really hard.
ReplyDeleteFor a girls thing, it looked fun!
ReplyDeleteIs Edward a straight leg or loose kind of guy?
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun party! I would love to win a new pair of jeans. I really loved the gap essential jean, which they discontinued, so I'm hoping to love the new fits just as much!

ReplyDeleteI'm a former Gap girl too -- 3 years in college. I still find myself absentmindedly folding sweaters when I am shopping there...
ReplyDeleteAnd who couldn't use another pair of Gap jeans?
All 3 styles look fab! I'll have to check them out!
ReplyDeleteI've been wanting a Flip camera--did you find your easy to use?
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you threw quite a party!
Love the skinny jeans. And I certainly like the way you threw a party!:)
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun party! I reallly need some new jeans - especially now that I can wear them to work!
ReplyDeleteGah. How awesome! I want to live in a larger city to be able to participate in something like this! Loves it!
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of jeans worked best on you?
Ah, the memories..I lived in Gap flare bottom jeans in high school.
ReplyDeleteHaven't had a pair in years but if I recall, they generously fit the female figure very flatteringly.
Very, very cool!! Skinnies look totally cute.
ReplyDeleteHi there! First off let me say how much I love this site for all the wonderful information you provide!
ReplyDeleteWhen you first mentioned you were chosen to be a gab brand enthusiast I immediately got excited because I wouldn't wait for the honest and thoughtful reflections you would give of their products, and you really delivered!
I am leaving this comment to be considered for a Gap card for a pair of jeans. I am interested in the Real straight because of the wash (beautiful dark denim that I can wear during the day or jazz it up at night) and because of the fit. I'm a typical lady with curves and these jeans look like they would complement my shape. Thanks so much for the post and your consideration!
pick me. i'll buy you alcohol.
ReplyDeletewho can pass up a chance to win free jeans? not me!
ReplyDeleteLook at all the free schizz you're giving away this week!
ReplyDeleteI only wear Gap Jeans. Shopping there helps me avoid pity parties in the dressing room...Plus, I only have two wearable pairs of jeans (both from the Gap)left in my wardrobe so winning this would be incredibly helpful.
ReplyDeletei always find out about these parties after the fact. boo. i'm in cleveland, yo, the shipping fees would be minimal! hell if i get picked, let me know and i'll pick up the jeans.
ReplyDeleteha one more day til friday... in survival mode over here.
I heart the Gap & free stuff.

ReplyDeleteI am officially obsessed with this line. Yesterday I bought the Always Skinny and Curvy in a trouser cut. Every pair I tried on fit like a glove but unfortunately my bank account won't allow me to buy them all. Hope I get a free pair!
