I pride myself on the fact that I've never owned a pair of Uggs.

Well, actually that's a lie, I owned a pair for a brief time when I received them as a Christmas present from my Yiayia. Confession: sorry Yiayia, I returned them for a beautiful NYE dress.

I just hate them, you guys... Uggs, make me go Ugh.

So when the following video came across the internets to me yesterday via Katelin I had to share it with you you all in hope someone out there agrees with me.

Even if you don't and you love your boots to look like elephant feet I think you'll appreciate the humor of it all.

  7. LOVE it. I've never owned a pair of uggs but I did find a pair of fake uggs at Goodwill last night that I bought to go with my Halloween costume (ditzy college student who miraculously got an A on an exam... my boyfriend is my professor).

  8. This is hilarious! I myself vow to never own or wear a pair of uggs. They are just so pretentious and obviously not even durable enough to wear during the slushy, wet, snow.

  9. OMG, I love this! My one friend described Uggs as "like sticking your foot up a sheep's butt." (1) Is that supposed to be a good thing? and (2) How the hell does she know that?

  13. I was anti-Ugg for years, and then I put them on my feet. So soft and warm! Now I'm a loyal fan, but hopefully we can still be friends. They are still ugly as sin.

  14. Love it!!!

    I admit I finally succumbed to buying Uggs, or a variation on them, a couple of years ago but they aren't actually all that great. They have no grip (so I've fallen over on ice wearing them) and when it rains heavily my feet are wetter than they are when i've been wearing my usual ballet pumps. So I'm not all that impressed with them anyway.

    They do (generally) keep my feet warm in the cold though...

  21. I caved and bought a pair last year. Mind you, I already have a size 10 foot, so I look like Paul Bunyan when I wear them. The $15 "special spray" doesn't do much to keep them protected, so they still get wet in the rain & snow. Oh, and did I mention they make my feet REEK?? (with or without socks. It doesn't matter.) TMI? Perhaps. I'm still kicking myself for spending that $150 Oh, and "Sequins Boots" who just commented above? You suck, too. SEQUIN BOOTS?? Really? How practical!
