Maybe all this smart snacking and healthy living is rubbing off on me because I've worked out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.

Maybe Bernie Salazar was right and all I needed to do was find something fun (and active) to do and working out wouldn't feel like such a chore - enter Zumba.

I know, I know, I'm super late to this Zumba craze but I'm kinda sorta obsessed. Plus the Michael J. Zone Recreation Center offers free classes on Mon/Wed nights and who cares if all the colorful characters of my neighborhood are there sweating with me in a high school(ish) gym - it's fantastic and so very much fun.

I'm glad I've decided to listen to Bernie and the fine folks at Orville Redenbacher because this healthy living stuff is where it's at - during the week at least, mass amounts of bubbles still need to be consumed on the weekends ;)

  3. yea, i got some protein ideas! i loved the maintenance is tough thing..its true you get to your goal and think thats it, i slid back 15lbs and have 10 more to get off to get back. its so hard to find the right balance! this was awesome, thank you Alexa!!
